Role Overview

As a Sr. Key Account Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships between Logitech and assigned direct and hybrid customers, identify opportunities, manage marketing activities, and drive commercial aspects for categories and resellers to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of supply planning, demand planning, order promising, and CPFR processes and systems.

- Define business requirements while working with key stakeholders.

- Understand current processes and identify gaps.

- Optimize assortment at partners.

- Own, drive, and develop the demand process with input from Category and Marketing Managers.

- Forecast and plan business together with partners.

- Ensure needed inventory levels are maintained.

- Manage backlog and address potential risks and opportunities.

- Build strong business relationships with partners.

- Plan product launch execution.

Qualifications and Skills





- Strong ability to manage multiple products and customers simultaneously.

- Outstanding presentation skills.

- Three years of sales experience.

- Fluent in English.

- Proven track record in planning and execution.

- Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet skills.

- Account management experience in consumer electronics or FMCG.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.

- Analytical skills.

- Self‑motivation and passion for results.
