You’ll also provide occasional phone support and serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate guide to help clients access the care they need.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Quickly reply to inbound text inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Ask thoughtful questions to uncover client needs and goals
Schedule calls via tools like Calendly when deeper conversations are needed




Input and update client data in our CRM and scheduling platforms
Build rapport with new leads and foster trust over time

Send helpful, friendly follow-ups as needed
