You will collaborate closely with core protocol and product teams in a fully remote, highly autonomous setup. Accountabilities:




- Explore and prototype blockchain-based use cases across diverse business scenarios, building experimental tools and proof-of-concepts to validate real-world applicability of emerging ideas.
- Research on-chain ecosystems, protocols, and industry trends to identify opportunities where infrastructure and tooling can better support scalable adoption.
- Transform research outputs into structured technical documentation, clear insights, and actionable recommendations for engineering and product stakeholders.
- Collaborate with protocol, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure experimental findings inform roadmap direction and technical priorities.
- Continuously monitor developments across the broader Web3 landscape, including decentralized applications, protocols, and evolving business models.

Requirements:
- 1–5 years of engineering experience with a strong foundation in backend or systems development, preferably using Go,
