We are seeking an AI Engineer (Machine Learning / GenAI / LLM / Python) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions that drive business innovation and enhance operational capabilities. This role is responsible for building scalable artificial intelligence systems, developing machine learning models, and implementing Generative AI applications that support organizational objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust and production-ready AI solutions. You will evaluate business and technical requirements, design AI architectures, and implement machine learning workflows that meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

Key responsibilities include developing, training, fine-tuning, and optimizing machine learning models for various AI applications. You will leverage modern AI technologies and frameworks to build intelligent systems capable of solving complex business challenges and improving user experiences across digital products and services.

The role also involves designing and implementing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications, prompt engineering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. You will contribute to the development of AI-powered tools such as conversational AI systems, intelligent assistants, content generation platforms, and enterprise AI applications.

You will support the development and deployment of machine learning pipelines and AI services using Python and related technologies. In addition, you will integrate AI models with backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud-based environments to ensure seamless operation and scalability in production systems.





This position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate model performance, improve inference efficiency, and implement best practices for AI model management and deployment. You will contribute to AI experimentation initiatives, conduct technical evaluations, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the AI development lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and artificial intelligence principles.
- Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern AI and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or equivalent technologies.
- Familiarity with machine learning model development, training,



evaluation, and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and LLM-based application development practices.
- Knowledge of AI model deployment methodologies, API integration, and scalable AI system architectures.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, AI agents, and modern Generative AI application frameworks is advantageous.
- Understanding of data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering practices, and machine learning pipeline development.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and AI services used for machine learning and AI workloads is preferred.
- Familiarity with software development principles, version control systems such as Git, and collaborative engineering workflows.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with structured and unstructured datasets for AI applications.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, AI solution specifications, model evaluation reports, and engineering materials accurately and professionally.
- Strong analytical thinking, technical problem-solving, and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
