? We're Hiring: Business Development Assistant Jr — Ensemble

Ensemble, an architecture and design studio, is looking to grow our Sales team , supporting our Business Development Directors. This role reports directly to the Direction of Operations and Sales

What we're looking for:

? Advanced English — strong written grammar is essential

? Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented person

? Currently studying Translation, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

? Must live in Buenos Aires (required)

? Experience with CRM and Proposal development is a plus

? Knowledge of Notion and the full Office suite is a plus

About the role:

This person will support the Sales team in a variety of administrative and research tasks, including:

▪️ Online research for lead generation

▪️ Studying and summarizing marketing reports





▪️ Gathering information from various stakeholders to help build proposal frameworks

▪️ Supporting the proposal review and QC process before submission

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
