Role Description The Cleaner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Buenos Aires, supporting the upkeep of short-term rental properties managed by Virtual Vantage. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas, making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, and ensuring all spaces meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation.

The Cleaner will inspect properties before and after guest stays, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with the property management team to prepare units on schedule.

Responsibilities also include safe handling of cleaning products,



proper use of cleaning equipment, and adherence to health, hygiene, and safety guidelines. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in general cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing supplies, following checklists, and managing time to complete tasks between guest stays.
- Candidates should possess skills in identifying and reporting maintenance issues and ensuring basic upkeep of furnishings and equipment.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow property-specific procedures and cleanliness guidelines.
- Candidates should possess good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members and respond to operational requests.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or property cleaning is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Buenos Aires, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices, including safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
