We’re looking for an Art Director who is passionate about social-first ideas, has a great eye for detail, is up on the latest trends, and can help us bring ideas to life—with a strong curiosity and hands-on experience using IA (AI) as part of the creative process, as well as solid skills in motion graphics.
In this role, you will lead the visual direction of our projects, collaborating from brief to delivery to develop strong concepts and execute them across social and digital channels. You’ll also work closely with the copywriters and the performance team to ensure creative is not only beautiful and dynamic, but also effective.
What you would do
Lead visual creative efforts during Concepting & Ideation, translating strategy into strong visual directions, motion-driven concepts, and platform-native executions.
Develop social-first ideas, visual systems, motion assets, and campaign worlds from concept to execution.
Use IA tools to support and accelerate the creative workflow (e.g., rapid visual exploration, moodboards, styleframes, storyboards, iteration, pre-visuals), while maintaining high craft and brand consistency.
Create and animate high-quality visual assets (including motion graphics, video elements, and transitions) that elevate our social media storytelling.
Develop master assets that establish the creative framework for the rest of the project.
Maintain creative oversight throughout the project, including after handoff to the tactical design team, until final delivery.
Build strong relationships and positive team spirit with clients and agency members to bring great work to life.
Present, pitch, and concept.
We expect you to have the following skills
2+ years of experience working as an Art Director.
Strong motion graphics and animation skills, with a portfolio that showcases both static art direction and dynamic video/motion content.
IA curiosity + experience: you’ve used AI/IA in real creative workflows and can speak to how it improves ideation and/or production (tool-agnostic).
High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
Strong art direction for innovative formats and layouts (especially social-native and video-first formats).
Strong understanding of social media ecosystems: features, benefits, limitations, and best practices across major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Enthusiastic team player—curious, eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable in an agile environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Innovative approach to advertising execution, with attention to detail and craft.
Benefits
