Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative Visual Designer to support the development of marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and personalized email communications. This role is idóneo for a mid-level designer with strong visual design skills, a compelling portfolio, and a passion for bringing fresh ideas to life across multiple channels. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Lead Designer and marketing stakeholders to create engaging, brand-aligned assets while contributing innovative concepts that elevate the customer experience.

This position places a strong emphasis on creativity, design thinking, and visual storytelling. While email marketing experience is beneficial, candidates with broader experience in web design, digital marketing campaigns, email design, and social media creative are especially encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and enhance personalized email campaigns on a weekly basis.
- Create visually compelling marketing assets for digital campaigns, seasonal promotions, and customer-facing initiatives.
- Support the Lead Designer with asset creation, campaign development, and production work.
- Develop new creative concepts and contribute innovative design solutions that align with brand objectives.
- Design campaign materials while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing email production efforts, weekly marketing initiatives, and bi-weekly sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing directors, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute fresh ideas that improve campaign effectiveness, visual quality, and customer engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that may include up to five concurrent campaigns per week.

Preferred Background: The ideal candidate will be a mid-level Visual Designer with:

- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, visual design excellence,



and strong spatial awareness.
- Experience creating assets for marketing campaigns, digital experiences, web properties, email communications, or social media channels.
- A design aesthetic that aligns with modern retail and consumer-focused brands.
- Experience working in collaborative, fast-moving creative teams.
- A passion for exploring innovative design approaches and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

- Advanced proficiency in Figma, the team's primary design platform.
- Strong visual design fundamentals, including layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and branding.
- Experience creating digital marketing assets across multiple channels.
- Ability to balance creativity with business and brand objectives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with web design and digital user experiences.
- Experience designing email marketing campaigns.
- Experience developing social media creative and campaign assets.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI for creative ideation, asset development, or design optimization.
