Role and Company Overview:

We're hiring an Editorial & Print Designer on behalf of a integral humanitarian organization based in Dallas, Texas. You'll own the print channel — producing annual reports, brochures, multi-page publications, and event collateral that communicate the organization's mission to donors and stakeholders worldwide. The organization's visual direction is clean, elevated, and hopeful — think luxury charitable giving, not crisis imagery.

If your work is structured, breathing, and guides the viewer's eye naturally, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

- Design and produce annual reports, brochures, and multi-page publications
- Own the layout and production of long-form print projects end-to-end
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with commercial print vendors
- Create event flyers, banners, and collateral with clear visual hierarchy and strong composition
- Adapt and maintain brand guidelines across all materials




- Build and manage reusable templates for recurring campaigns
- Collaborate with communications, digital, and fundraising teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting hard deadlines

Requirements:

- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
- ADOBE INDESIGN IS NON-NEGOTIABLE — your primary daily tool
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator and Photoshop required
- Demonstrated mastery of visual hierarchy, spacing, composition, and typography — your layouts must guide the viewer's attention clearly and intentionally
- Portfolio showing multi-page print work with clean, elevated, and purposeful design — text-heavy or cluttered work will not be considered
- Proven experience preparing print-ready files and working with commercial print vendors
- Experience designing for nonprofits, humanitarian causes, healthcare, education, or cultural organizations is a strong advantage
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, able to work independently
- Familiarity with WordPress is a plus
