The Field Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Argentina. This position is responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining equipment at client locations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Day-to-day activities include diagnosing technical issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and providing on-site technical support.

The role also involves documenting service activities, advising clients on proper equipment use, and collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues.

Qualifications

- Strong field service experience, including on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Solid technical support skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and resolve issues for customers and internal teams.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and execution to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism, and relationship-building.
- Relevant technical education (e.g., degree or diploma in engineering, electronics, mechanics, or related field).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and use diagnostic tools and software.
