Role Description The General Manager Finance role is a full-time, on-site position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.

The General Manager

Finance will supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensure timely and accurate accounting records, and maintain robust internal controls. Daily responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, providing strategic financial guidance to leadership, managing relationships with external auditors and financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. The role also involves leading the finance team, optimizing processes,



and supporting key business initiatives through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations.

Experience in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements for management and regulatory purposes.

Demonstrated Analytical Skills for financial modeling, performance analysis, and decision support.

Knowledge of Internal Controls, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage.

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably as a Finance Manager, Controller, or similar position.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to mentor and develop finance staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Fluency in relevant business software and financial systems; advanced skills in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
