Who are you?

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
- Participate in key areas of monthly financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting on general ledger and financial results
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly across several subsidiaries
- Perform monthly bank account reconciliations
- Coordinate and assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Assist in financial audits
- Coordinate with HR to upload payroll files to general ledger




- Demonstrates understanding of month end accruals and conducts expense analysis
- Document and improve internal controls and processes
- Support other accounting duties and projects as needed

Qualifications:
What you bring to the Personify Health Team:
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- Associate’s or higher-level degree in accounting required
- Proficiency in Windows and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Netsuite a plus
