The Treasury Core Model (TCM) project was launched in 2017 as part of Sanofi's Finance transformation program, redesigning 40+ unique Treasury processes (local and central) supported by S/4HANA Treasury solution. As part of our multi-tiered support model,



you'll provide Level 3 support, focusing on managing complex incidents and implementing solution enhancements for countries where the system is already live.

Main responsibilities
- Resolve complex application incidents and problems requiring SAP system customizing, database, application code, and/or operational modifications within defined SLAs, coordinating with ERP Application support teams, Key Users, and third-party providers
- Perform in-depth root‑cause analysis and develop permanent fixes, managing SAP OSS messages, transport orders, and cutover activities
- Drive, promote changes and coach peers within the Treasury Application Support team
- Serve as first interface for change requests from Treasury Key Users, analyzing requests and flagging those that deviate from approved Treasury Core Model specifications
