and negotiating agreements related to the development and production of original content in the region, ensuring the protection of the company’s interests and alignment with the integral strategy of The Walt Disney Company.

This role will act as a key strategic partner to the Head of Content, collaborating from the early stages of development to identify project-specific elements that may require adaptations or exceptions to standard contractual policies. In this context, the role requires a deep understanding of creative, production, and talent needs, translating them into tailored contractual solutions that enable the creative vision while safeguarding company standards.
