Our priorities evolve as the business grows, so the work will range from well-defined programs to open-ended problems with no playbook yet — and your focus may shift over time based on where your skills have the most impact. The best fit is someone smart and hungry who gets up to speed quickly, forms a clear point of view, communicates it candidly, and drives work to done even when the path isn't fully mapped.

What you'll do
- Process Optimization
- Audit internal workflows to eliminate friction, reduce costs, and improve speed at scale — recommending and implementing end-to-end improvements for our Owners, Guests, and internal stakeholders through documentation, tooling, automation, AI, and system integrations.
- Develop operational KPIs (e.g., onboarding completion time, cost per turn, vendor quality) and drive continuous improvement and accountability through regular reporting.
