What the day will look like

- As a consultant, you will be responsible for proposing innovative, creative, and ingenious solutions that generate the desired impact on our clients. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement tailored proposals that showcase our company's capabilities and solutions.

- Develop creative, customized value propositions for private clients and prospects, leveraging our company's solutions and capabilities (for both solution lines).




- Design and implement innovative projects that drive improvement in innovation, knowledge depth, and efficiency in the proposal development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective development of proposals.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

- Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of general experience in the insurance, reinsurance, or brokerage sectors, preferably in technical areas or developing value propositions.
- Knowledge on insurance, Microsoft Office, desired agile methodologies, creative and disruptive thinking.
