Core Responsibilities

Build the CJA Data Foundation by configuring connections and bringing datasets into CJA. Model clean data views and design the measurement layer with calculated metrics and segments. Construct Analysis Workspace projects and turn data into actionable decisions while ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Proven ability to connect varied data sources into CJA and build visualizations. Excellent communication skills to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
