Requirements 5+ years in solution architecture, cloud engineering, AI engineering, or related technical consulting roles.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

Strong understanding of Teams Phone, Teams Phone Extensibility (TPE), and Real-Time Voice Agents.

Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, Azure Communication Services, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Strong development skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, Power Platform, and event-driven architectures.

Ability to engage directly with customers and lead technical workshops and solution reviews.

Experience in Voice AI, Contact Center AI, and conversational AI platforms Job responsibilities Design end-to-end architectures for Voice AI, conversational AI, and agentic solutions across the Microsoft cloud.

Lead technical discovery workshops and solution design sessions with customers and partners.

Build and deploy real-time voice agents using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Teams Phone Extensibility, and Azure AI services.

Develop multi-agent orchestration solutions integrating CRM, ERP, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and third-party applications.

Provide forward deployed engineering support, rapidly prototyping and productionizing customer solutions.

Define governance,



compliance, security, observability, and operational readiness frameworks for enterprise AI deployments.

Create reusable templates, accelerators, demos, and reference architectures.

Support partner readiness through technical coaching, architecture reviews, and deployment assistance.
