We are looking for proactive and hands-on Product Engineer to join our team! The project is for an American multinational company that specializes in the sale of health, personal care, and other products, with a presence in countries ranging from the USA and Canada to several Asian markets, including Japan and South Korea. What you'll do

Frequently conduct requirements gathering meetings with the client

Collect and document all requirements in an organized structure

Rapidly prototype solutions using modern tools, including AI-powered tools

Present prototypes to the stakeholders, using material to refine requirements' definition

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation

Gather feedback from users or clients and iterate quickly

Contribute to improving product quality and user experience

Support decision-making with a product and technical perspective

Test the project delivered end-to-end ensuring it meets the business needs Requirements

Academic background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering,



Systems Analysis and Development, or similar)

Strong product mindset combined with a technical background

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Interest to work more closely to clients, spending great time on meetings to collect requirements

Experience or comfort/interest to work with rapid prototyping

Knowledge or interest to work with software testing life cycle

Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools (professional or personal projects)

Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking

Ownership mindset and collaborative attitude

Advanced English level (for conducting complex product's discussions with international teams) Desirable

Previous professional experience with manual and automated software testing

Previous experience testing REST APIs
