We are looking for proactive and hands-on Product Engineer to join our team!

The project is for an American multinational company that specializes in the sale of health, personal care, and other products, with a presence in countries ranging from the USA and Canada to several Asian markets, including Japan and South Korea.

What you'll do

- Frequently conduct requirements gathering meetings with the client
- Collect and document all requirements in an organized structure
- Rapidly prototype solutions using modern tools, including AI-powered tools
- Present prototypes to the stakeholders, using material to refine requirements' definition
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation
- Gather feedback from users or clients and iterate quickly
- Contribute to improving product quality and user experience
- Support decision-making with a product and technical perspective
- Test the project delivered end-to-end ensuring it meets the business needs

Requirements
- Academic background in a technical field (e.g., Computer Engineering,



Systems Analysis and Development, or similar)
- Strong product mindset combined with a technical background
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Interest to work more closely to clients, spending great time on meetings to collect requirements
- Experience or comfort/interest to work with rapid prototyping
- Knowledge or interest to work with software testing life cycle
- Interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools (professional or personal projects)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Ownership mindset and collaborative attitude
- Advanced English level (for conducting complex product's discussions with international teams)

Desirable
- Previous professional experience with manual and automated software testing
- Previous experience testing REST APIs
