Responsibilities Lead job scope meetings and define candidate requirements.

Source candidates via ATS, resume databases, and Boolean search strings.

Manage candidate engagement through phone, email, and social media.

Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the full hiring cycle.

Partner with leadership on offer details and negotiation.

Ensure compliance with OFCCP and other regulatory standards.

Requirements Minimum two years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.

Proven background in high-volume manufacturing recruiting (e.g., machine operators, forklift drivers).

Proficiency in ATS tools and Boolean search techniques.

Fluent English is essential for this US-focused role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
