Core Responsibilities

Design and maintain scalable processes that support efficient compensation administration, including payout cycles and reconciliations. Administer compensation plans, quotas, and payout processes, ensuring accuracy across GTM teams. Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance to support approvals and compliance. Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility and trust in compensation programs.

Requirements 6+ years of experience in Compensation Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations at high-growth technology companies. Proven ability to build and improve scalable operational processes. Foundational analytical skills with expertise in SQL. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
