Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Argentina (Remote)

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Service Line Demand Managers to prioritize project pipelines aligned with business goals.
- Support strategic portfolio planning, process improvement, and solution advisory discussions.
- Coordinate with resource planning teams to ensure project staffing needs are met.
- Manage project scope, requirements gathering, documentation, timelines, and delivery processes.
- Address customer questions and issues while maintaining SLA commitments.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, management, and business teams.
- Identify risks, recommend improvements,



and drive effective problem resolution.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of IT industry experience.
- Strong experience in technical project management and business analysis.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process documentation, scope management, and cost management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with general teams and senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing technology environment.
