Job Title: SEO & Google Business Expert

Salary: $1,300 USD / month

Location: 100% Remote — LATAM only

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Pacific Time business hours

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven SEO and Google Business Expert to grow local visibility and lead generation for a US-based restoration company. This role is idóneo for someone who understands local SEO for home service businesses and knows how to turn Google rankings and reviews into real leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, optimize, and monitor Google Business Profile listings (posts, photos, Q&A;, services, categories)
- Build and execute local SEO strategies to improve map pack and organic search rankings
- Conduct keyword research specific to restoration services (water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to reviews; build review-generation systems
- Perform on-page SEO audits and implement technical fixes (meta tags, schema markup, site speed)
- Track rankings, traffic, and lead conversion using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and rank trackers




- Build local citations and manage NAP consistency across directories
- Collaborate with content/marketing team on blog posts and location pages
- Report monthly on KPIs: rankings, calls, form fills, and GBP engagement

Requirements

- 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and Google Business Profile management
- Experience with home services, restoration, or contracting industries strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, GBP dashboard, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Moz Local, BrightLocal
- Solid understanding of local SEO ranking factors (reviews, citations, proximity, relevance)
- Strong written and spoken English C1+
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

- Experience with paid local ads (Google LSA) as a complement to organic strategy
- Basic HTML/WordPress skills
- Experience with home services, restoration, or contracting industries strongly preferred
