Our US-based client is a specialist recruitment business supporting technical and scientific equipment companies across the UK and EU. Our clients are suppliers of products and services to healthcare practitioners, including, including medics, dentists, vets and the support/research functions e.g. hospitals, laboratories, universities.

The roles are diverse, commercial leaders, marketeers, sales people, customer service, technical support, service engineers, quality control, product compliance. As part of our delivery model, out company operates a structured, team-based approach where ideally UK Recruiters focus on candidate management and client management through the recruitment process.

Career path Level 1 candidate market mapping and filtering Level 2 candidate digital engagement and filtering Level 3 candidate verbal / video engagement and filtering

Level 4 attendance to client meetings as the candidate market expert Moving through the levels will depend on the capability of the individual and the levels increments to 3 and 4 will be have an associated pay increment.

Key Responsibilities Market Mapping & Research

Build and maintain candidate pipelines using: target company lists & boolean searches across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases

Identify relevant candidate profiles aligned to role briefs provided by Recruiters

Accurately add candidate records, notes, and activity into internal systems

Regularly refresh mapped markets to ensure data accuracy and relevance

Candidate Outreach & Engagement  Conduct Written Outreach Across Multiple Platforms, Including LinkedIn

Job boards and internal databases  Use approved messaging frameworks while tailoring outreach to individual profiles  Manage follow-ups and candidate responses in a timely and professional manner  Qualify candidate interest, availability, and alignment at a high level Call Booking & Handover (level 1 and 2, level 3 and 4 undertakes)



 Book qualified candidates into calls with Recruiters  Ensure all relevant information is captured prior to handover  Maintain clear and accurate handovers to support effective recruiter-led conversations Team Collaboration & Process  Work closely with Recruiters and fellow Argentina-based Resourcers to align on priorities  Follow defined sourcing processes, data standards, and quality controls  Contribute ideas to improve sourcing efficiency, outreach response rates, and mapping quality  Operate as part of a collaborative, delivery-focused team environment Essential Skills &

Experience  Very strong, fluent English (written and spoken) suitable for professional, white-collar communication.  +2 years of experience in recruitment  Smart, friendly, and able to engage effectively with candidates  Basic computer literacy and confidence using online tools and systems  High attention to detail and willingness to follow structured processes  Able to take on a science language set, e.g. words like Neurology, Cardiology, Genomics, Immunoassay. Desirable (but Not Required)  Familiarity with Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Dental, Animal Health, Chemistry, and Physics industries  Experience working with international teams or clients Personal Attributes  Process-driven and highly organised  Comfortable working to targets and structured workflows  Curious, proactive, and commercially aware  Team-oriented with a professional attitude  Resilient and comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks when required What We Offer  Fully remote role based in Buenos Aires  Clear role scope with defined responsibilities  Structured training in sourcing and market mapping  Close collaboration with experienced Recruiters  Progression opportunities within the role as soon as capability is evidenced Schedule: 7 am to 4 pm Argentina time (11 am to 8pm UK time).
