About SANY

As we build our Argentina operations, we are looking for driven sales professionals to grow with us from the ground up and shape the future of SANY in this market.

Main Responsibilities

- Align production, sales, and inventory plans between dealers and Sany China factory to achieve sales targets.
- Support dealers in building their capability in concrete machinery and road machinery products.
- Provide training on concrete machinery and road machinery products to dealer teams; answer daily product questions and quote requests from dealers and customers.
- Identify market needs, improve product definition, and push R&D; to develop and launch products in the local market.
- Work with R&D; and service teams to resolve product quality issues and address customer complaints.
- Independently develop major clients.
- Develop new dealers in specific regions.

Requirements

- Full-time bachelor's degree or above. Spanish as working language, English for business communication.




- 10 years of experience in road machinery marketing, with experience in dealer management and major client development.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, strong execution, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in selling both road machinery and concrete pump products is preferred.

Note

- Concrete machinery: pump trucks, line pumps, concrete mixer trucks, concrete batching plants.
- Road machinery: rollers, motor graders, pavers, milling machines, asphalt batching plants.

- Preferred

- Educational background in Engineering, Mechanics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior work experience with an international construction machinery company.
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape and key clients in Argentina's construction machinery market.
