We’re looking for a Performance Creative who thrives in a fast-moving, experiment-driven environment and knows how to turn insights into powerful ad concepts.

Someone who can blend sharp copywriting with strategic thinking, bring fresh angles to the table, and work closely with our team to produce creatives that actually move the numbers. What You’ll do:

- Generate ideas, new creative concepts and execute them together with the designers - Write engaging ad scripts for Facebook that grab attention and drive action.
- Create clear and detailed briefs for designers to help them produce top-notch content.
- Work closely with our team to research and brainstorm creative solutions that boost our marketing efforts.
- Keep up with industry trends and new platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
- Test different creative approaches, learn from the results, and keep improving.





What we expect

- 2-3 years of experience in a Performance Creative or similar results-driven role, ideally building on a strong foundation in copywriting.
- Excellent writing skills — sharp, concise, persuasive copy that works across different ad formats.
- Solid understanding of Meta ad metrics and how creative and messaging impact performance.
- Ability to turn insights into strong hooks, angles, and scripts.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and delivering on time.
- A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach and willingness to iterate fast.
- Confidence to challenge ineffective ideas and elevate concepts with a strategic, creative lens.
