Responsibilities

- Observe and learn about the implementation and integration of AI-powered solutions into our tech support operations.
- Write content using AI.
- Participate in discussions and research related to AI for tech support.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for AI.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a degree in Tech or any related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for candidates with Chinese language proficiency • Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
