Member Communications Specialist

Parlor Social Club | Remote (Colombia) | Full-Time

Parlor Social Club is a members-only social club with events and programming across New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington DC, Houston, and Austin. We're hiring a Member Communications Specialist to be the first point of contact for our members.

What you'll do

Respond to inbound member questions about events, membership, and logistics via our app and internal tools

Follow up on open inquiries until fully resolved

Escalate issues to the right team member via Slack when needed

Track open and resolved communications in Google Sheets and Trello

Represent Parlor's voice — warm, polished, and natural; no canned responses

What we're looking for

Excellent written English — you should be able to communicate naturally with a sophisticated, professional audience

Experience in customer-facing communications, membership services, or hospitality

Comfortable working EST business hours in real time

Detail-oriented and reliable about follow-through

Familiarity with Slack, Trello, and Google Sheets preferred

Compensation

$1,500–$1,750/month depending on experience
