Due to business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Marketing to organise all aspects of our marketing strategy so that our organisation can keep pace with our rapid business expansion. This has seen us launch new revenue streams in the form of nutritional supplements and online information products, to go alongside our already thriving private Personal Training business.

We have the ideas and we have the products. Ranging from apps through to Amazon bestselling books, what we need now is someone who can pull our strategic marketing together into a coherent and organised fashion, with the long-term goal of creating a truly world class marketing team that matches our world class Personal Training product.

About the Job:

Whether you're on an E-commerce product, (supplements, books), a subscription product (online Personal Training, LiveUP Online, EatUP meal preparation) or a core product (in-gym private Personal Training) you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the journey.

From determining positioning, competitive analysis, and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow and maintain a strong customer base. This means you work with colleagues across sales, marketing, finance, web design, product development, coding and more. In this role, you'll be involved with marketing from beginning to end.

You will bring together plans across our key focus areas. You will bring creative and strategic acumen to the role.

You will perform your role in a fast, ever-changing environment that requires you to be open to new influences and inspiration.

Know the customer. Know the product. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Ultimate Performance starts with technology and ends with the customer, bringing both together in primarily digital ways.


Build and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with global and regional teams.

Lead local and global execution across media, owned and operated channels and social.

Develop and lead strategy across the entire funnel, from awareness to understanding, trial, usage, retention and loyalty.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in consumer digital marketing management.

Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred experience:

Business leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for using data and digital content to drive marketing to build businesses.

Understanding of the fundamentals of subscriptions businesses, e-commerce businesses and luxury brand marketing.

Ability to influence effectively across functions and all levels of management.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
