We work with clients across multiple geographies and functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce, Route to Market, Strategic Cost Reduction, Agribusiness, Process Transformation, etc.

We also advise our clients in accelerating sales and profit growth, expanding into new markets/categories and achieving operational excellence.

We combine deep industry experience with rigorous fact‐based analysis and market‐relevant insights to plan & execute strategies and achieve measurable results.QualificationsAt least 3–6 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S;, CPG, FMCG, Agribusiness) industry or consulting firms.Experience in Analytics or Platform implementation (e.g.: Salesforce) for leading CGS companies.Route‐to‐market & Route Optimization, Sales Processes and Retail ExecutionOutlet Segmentation, Churn, Cross‐sell/UpsellIncentive ManagementRevenue Optimization (Pricing, Portfolio/Assortment,



Promotion)Marketing Mix Modeling & Consumer TargetingStrong understanding of Sales & Marketing functions in the CPG context.Basic knowledge of data maturity challenges and experience defining analytics operating models (KPIs, data sources, architecture, visualization).

Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently, solve problems, and drive outcomes.Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.Advanced English (mandatory).

Analyzed business metrics using Power BI or Tableau (SQL knowledge is a plus).
