We're looking for a Senior Microsoft Systems Engineer to join our team! If you're a Microsoft 365 expert who enjoys designing secure, scalable cloud environments, driving modernization initiatives, and leading technical excellence across identity, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms, we'd love to hear from you. ?

What we're looking for:

✅ Minimum of 7 years of Systems Engineering experience with deep specialization in the Microsoft ecosystem.

✅ Expert-level experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and the broader Microsoft 365 platform.

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint and device lifecycle management.

✅ Experience implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO), SCIM provisioning, and identity integrations using SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.

✅ Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Governance, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

✅ Experience managing Microsoft 365 licensing, administration, and cost optimization.

✅ Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience automating workflows using Microsoft Graph API.

✅ Experience securing Microsoft environments and supporting compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022 and/or SOC 2.

✅ Microsoft certifications such as SC-300, MD-102, MS-102, or equivalent are a strong plus.

✅ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.





✅ Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
