Description

In this role you will conduct secondary and primary market research, create high-quality project materials and client deliverables (including organizational, portfolio, and asset‑specific recommendations), and begin to develop client relationships and subject‑matter expertise.

Responsibilities

- Support overall cross‑functional management of projects, both at the client organization and internally at Syneos Health
- Demonstrate strong project management skills by proactively managing individual project responsibilities and workloads to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively
- Navigate the management consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality‑checking work, reviewing with project management/leadership, and incorporating edits and feedback
- Leverage critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practices
- Use research from competitive pipelines, company websites, prescribing information, epidemiology information, and syndicated reports to consolidate complex industry, market, client portfolio, and product data and trends in a clear and comprehensive manner




- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements
- Maintain strong business acumen and demonstrated attention to detail

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work

- Graduate degree in business or life science
- Ability to develop relevant client deliverables autonomously
- Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy for pre‑defined problems)
