Overview

J.P. Morgan is a global leader in financial services. As a Know Your Customer (KYC) Associate within the Client Onboarding and KYC team, you will perform specific KYC tasks and client documentation analysis, collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services, and regional and integral onboarding teams. This role deepens your understanding of AML policies and internal procedures while supporting the bank’s reputation and financial protection.

Responsibilities

- Perform KYC tasks and client documentation analysis to support renewal, remediation, or amendments for existing customers.
- Identify and apply regulatory requirements across jurisdictions and internal procedures.
- Execute AML policies and internal procedures in accordance with local and global principles.
- Answer business questions and advise on onboarding requirements and status.
- Ensure quality control activities, maintaining compliance of client records with all applicable rules.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures to reflect the latest information.




- Coordinate with other supporting areas and global onboarding teams to manage pending client documentation.
- Participate in special projects as requested.
- Manage a team of analysts, control their pipeline, and help them meet objectives.

Qualifications

- University degree.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal; formal written communication required.
- Minimum four years of relevant work experience.
- Experience managing a high‑performance team and developing talent.
- Proven record of thriving in high‑pressure, dynamic environments.
- High adaptability to change.
