We’re looking for the Sales B&M; Manager for our Sodastream Business Unit (part of PepsiCo Beverage BU).

The Opportunity

This role will be responsible for leading the Sales Team, defining and executing Modern & Traditional Trade Channels growth strategies, building and developing customers relationships and ensuring sustainable sales, profitability, and market share growth. The role requires a highly proactive commercial profile capable of opening new accounts, developing existing customers and becoming the key interface between SodaStream and Retailers, ensuring optimal visibility, product availability, and promotional implementation.

Responsibilities

- Lead the sales strategy across Modern Trade and Traditional Trade.
- Develop and execute growth plans to increase Sell-in & Sell-Out performance.
- Manage KKAA relationships and lead high-level commercial negotiations.
- Deliver sales forecasts and periodic sales reports.




- Develop and implement promotional, pricing, and merchandising plans.
- Ensure fast and effective market penetration of NPD launches.
- Analyze business performance (sell-in, sell-out, P&L;) to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales teams.
