IAM Analyst

Opportunity

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a part of Information Security that enables over 330,000 individuals across 140+ countries to access systems and information securely. As a member of the IAM team, this position will contribute to the execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, including but not limited to a complex Active Directory (AD) environment, hybrid cloud deployment, mobile computing, policy‑driven security, SSO, identity lifecycle management, and federation focusing on multiple protocols.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Be a liaison between customer requirements and technology functionality
- Understand customer mindset in terms of approach and interaction
- Conduct proper root‑cause analysis and make recommendations to improve IAM processes or prevent future occurrences of end‑user issues
- Provide technical advice for customer mail distribution inquiries and queries related to distribution lists and list support
- Document issue details and resolutions into the support tracking system (ServiceNow)

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Accurate and timely responses to requests for related services
- Moderate knowledge of Outlook/Exchange
- Moderate Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic Active Directory knowledge
- Understanding of Boolean logic
- Knowledge of various desktop environments, applications, standard software, Microsoft Teams, network, servers and general connectivity
- Time‑management skills to prioritize workload and work through assignments efficiently
- Handling issues in a timely and efficient manner while utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with requesters, management, executives and other personnel
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Desire for continued process improvement and learning

Ideally, you’ll also have

- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent




- Experience working within a professional environment
