This is not a coordination role. You will own the layer of ASAPP’s platform that connects GenerativeAgent to the real world — integrations, SDKs, agent interoperability, voice channels, and the developer experience that underpins all of it. These are load‑bearing systems: if they do not work, customers cannot deploy our solution and deals do not close.

You will set and execute the strategy for a product surface that spans API Connections (our integration hub), the developer SDKs, Agent‑to‑Agent (A2A) interoperability, MCP servers, workflows, and telephony integrations. You will work directly with engineering leads across these areas and will be the PM voice in conversations with customers, account teams, and executive stakeholders.

The scope will evolve as our AI architecture evolves, so the strongest candidates will be comfortable shaping a moving target — and will bring the technical depth to anticipate what the right target is.

Responsibilities

- Own the API Connections platform, manage its backlog of platform bets, and maintain the commercial relationship with third‑party providers.




- Define and execute the A2A and MCP server roadmap; decide how and when to expose these externally and shape broader strategies to enable coherent collaboration across teams.
- Lead the developer SDKs; own the roadmap and ensure investments stay aligned with the underlying platform.
- Manage telephony and platform integrations—the connective tissue between our solution and customers’ CCaaS stacks—triaging inbound requests with a bias toward saying no cleanly and early and focusing disciplined execution over proliferation.
- Own external documentation (docs.asapp.com); define structure, processes, and standards, driving a docs‑first approach where documentation ships with features, not after them.
- Set strategy and own the roadmap, balancing active customer commitments, tech debt, and platform bets.
- Work directly with customers and account teams to prioritize and sequence delivery.
- Maintain ruthless prioritization: actively manage and prune the backlog; say no with clarity and evidence.
- Establish metrics and telemetry for each product area so outcomes are measurable and decisions are data‑driven.

Qualifications





- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and native AI platforms.
- Technical depth to engage credibly with engineers on API design, SDK architecture, integration patterns, and AI/ML tradeoffs; hands‑on producing prototypes and understanding production code.
- Demonstrated ability to own a complex, multi‑surface product area with minimal oversight.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and delivery teams to translate pain into a prioritized roadmap.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving to clarity—structure an undefined problem before engineering has to.
- Track record of shipping: own features from discovery through delivery, including the less exciting parts.
- Expert with integration platform or developer experience products (API gateways, SDKs, MCP/A2A protocols, webhooks, OAuth flows).
- Experience with voice or telephony products, CCaaS platforms.
- Proven background in enterprise onboarding.
- Comfort navigating AI/ML systems, reasoning about model behavior, latency tradeoffs, and accuracy/trust requirements.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast‑scaling environment where the role evolved with the company.
- Experience owning or meaningfully improving developer‑facing documentation—API references, integration guides, and SDK docs.
