Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and lead all onboard activities and shore excursions.
- Ensure the safety of all guests during activities and excursions.
- Manage and supervise a team of onboard activity staff.
- Provide informative and engaging presentations and lectures about the destinations and activities.
- Create and maintain a positive and fun atmosphere onboard for guests.
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain inventory and equipment for all activities and excursions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and environmental regulations.




- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and improve operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Expedition Leader or Cruise Director.
- Knowledge and experience in leading a variety of activities and excursions, such as hiking, snorkeling, and cultural tours.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus.
