What You'll Do

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for senior and specialized tech profiles — from sourcing to offer stage.
- Partner directly with US-based clients and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and set clear expectations.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent across engineering, architecture, data, and product disciplines.
- Execute creative sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards — referrals, LinkedIn, tech communities, passive talent.
- Screen, evaluate, and present candidates with clarity and speed, delivering polished written summaries in English.
- Manage the full candidate experience from first outreach through onboarding, ensuring everyone stays informed at every step.
- Track your own metrics and proactively flag risks — we value people who solve problems before they escalate.
- Collaborate across the MAS LATAM team — Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, and beyond — to coordinate searches efficiently.

What We're Looking For

NON-NEGOTIABLE

You will communicate daily with US clients, write candidate summaries, and run interviews in English.



This is a hard requirement.

- 7+ years of hands‑on technical recruiting experience with proven exposure to software engineering profiles: backend, frontend, AI engineers, QA, data, cloud, and architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent searches without compromising quality.

STRONG TO HAVE

- Sharp sourcing instincts — you find strong candidates others miss, and you know a real fit when you see one.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you simplify complexity and tailor your message to different audiences.
- Comfortable with ATS platforms and disciplined about keeping candidate data clean and current.
- High sense of urgency and follow-through — you close loops and don't let things go quiet.
- Background in a nearshore, staffing, or consulting firm is a strong plus.
