**What you will do**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Curate and repurpose content from existing libraries and YouTube clips for reels, carousels, and short-form storytelling
- Edit short-form videos in CapCut and design visually cohesive posts in Canva
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and story interactions
- Monitor analytics dashboards, track KPIs weekly, and share growth reports with co-founders
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and coordinate lightly with the YouTube editor
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information

**What you need to succeed in this role**:

- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- **At least 2 years managing social media for a creator, influencer, or digital brand**:

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and social analytics tools
- Excellent written communication and awareness of trends
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly,



and balance data-driven insights with creative storytelling
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Excellent time-management skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
