We're looking for a driven SDR who thrives on outbound activity, isn't afraid of the phone, and knows that consistency wins. You'll be the first point of contact for fast-growing ecommerce brands, helping create opportunities and fueling a high-performing sales team.

A leading provider of Amazon growth services. They help brands optimize advertising, improve product visibility, and develop e-commerce strategies that drive measurable results. As the company grows, we’re looking for someone who can work directly with the owner, and serve as a trusted partner in supporting high-impact projects that accelerate client success.

Location: Latin America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and SMS

Research and identify ecommerce brands that fit the ideal customer profile

Generate new opportunities through strategic outbound efforts

Follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally

Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria including revenue, ad spend, growth stage, and business needs

Book discovery calls and sales meetings for Account Executives using established processes

Handle initial objections and keep prospects engaged throughout the scheduling process

Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and activity tracking

Consistently hit weekly and monthly outreach, meeting-setting, and pipeline KPIs

Share regular updates on activity, pipeline progress, and key prospect insights

Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve messaging, targeting,



and campaign performance

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

1–3 years of SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience

Proven success in cold calling and multi-channel prospecting

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Confidence speaking with founders, operators, and business owners

Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar

Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment

Excellent organization and follow-through

Resilience and persistence when facing objections and rejection

Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up sequences simultaneously

Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, Amazon, or agency environments is a plus
