We are looking for a Service Helpdesk Specialist to handle incidents and mass-incident actions while keeping services stable and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Validate, assess, and drive resolution of individual incidents and potential mass incidents
- Coordinate clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout incident management
- Facilitate daily management activities and contribute practical solutions to recurring issues
- Track assigned tasks and ensure delivery within agreed timelines
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in related roles, preferably within the telecommunication business, with recent experience in the last 6 months
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
- Strong analytical and logical thinking to decompose and solve complex issues
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
- Practical experience supporting users and troubleshooting end-user issues (Support.Users)
- Exposure to using Kibana for monitoring, investigation, or incident follow-up
