Your Mission:
As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations and decision-making of our growing agency. You will help ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and insightful analysis to guide leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants to build skills in a fast-paced environment. 2-3 years of experience in a startup ecosystem is a plus.

You’ll work closely with the CFO, leadership, and cross-functional teams to make sure our numbers are accurate, our forecasts are sharp, and our decisions are data-driven.

What You’ll Do:
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports,



and client profitability analyses.
- Collect, organize, and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Help track KPIs such as revenue, margin, expenses, and cash flow.

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Be in charge of updating Cash Flow projections.
- Support the finance team in preparing budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Compare actuals vs. budget and highlight key variances.
- Provide insights to help leadership make data-driven decisions.

Process & Operations Support
- Help maintain accounting records, reconciliations, and internal documentation.
- Be in charge of client billing, expense tracking, and vendor payments with their respecting onboarding process.
- Work with project managers to ensure financial data aligns with operational activity.

Data & Tools
- Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports to increase transparency.
