Job Summary
The Director, Brand Management leader possesses deep creative and operational expertise with a track record across brand strategies, brand identity systems, and integrated mix media. This leader partners with senior executives, manages complex agency ecosystems, and delivers measurable brand impact in a fast‑paced high-accountability environment.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Oversight of enterprise brand strategy, articulating key value propositions, ensuring narrative coherence, and maintaining disciplined brand governance.
Brand Identity Systems & Experience Design
- Lead end-to-end brand projects to ensure consistency, support business goals, and deliver compelling creative across media.
Brand Architecture & Portfolio Management
- Design, evolve, and operationalize brand architecture and portfolio strategies across a integral organization.
Creative Strategy Development & Agency Leadership
- Primary liaison for brand, creative, and media agencies; set strategic direction, evaluate creative quality, manage scopes and performance to align work with business and brand objectives.
Integrated Creative Production
- Oversee brand campaigns, flagship content, videos, corporate collateral, and large-scale production initiatives, balancing concept, execution, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder complexity.
Media Strategy & Performance Orientation
- Strategic oversight of media plans focused on awareness building, content distribution, and message amplification to drive leads and clear business impacts.
Brand Measurement & Impact Analytics
- Design and evaluate brand performance metrics (awareness, familiarity, willingness to recommend, brand equity measures) and use data to inform strategy, refine execution,
and demonstrate ROI.
Outcome-Driven Brand Execution
- Operate with a performance mindset, linking creative output to enterprise goals such as growth, reputation, and market differentiation.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Additional Qualifications
- Demonstrated ownership of strategic brand programs, messaging platforms, creative campaigns, and complex media plans.
- Track record managing multiple successful agency relationships simultaneously.
- Experience with brand performance measurement research methodologies and business impact analysis.
- Ability to build programs and initiatives across multiple departments and teams.
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Innovative thinker with a track record translating strategic thinking into action plans and results.
- Superior program management and problem‑solving skills, including budget advocacy and prioritization.
