Summary

The Business Development Manager oversees the strategic direction, operational management, and growth of lender and financial service provider relationships across the organization and is responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with affiliates, lenders, and marketing partners while driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and partner performance. This role serves as a key liaison between external partners and internal teams, ensuring successful campaign execution, account growth, and long-term business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with affiliates, lenders, networks, and strategic partners.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and drive revenue growth while maintaining traffic quality.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase volume, retention, and overall business performance.
- Oversee campaign setup, traffic routing, payout structures, and partner onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen lender partnerships, revenue performance, retention, and operational scalability.
- Collaborate with affiliate, operations, compliance, finance, and executive teams to ensure seamless partner management and delivery.
- Lead partner communications, performance reviews, negotiations, escalations, and account planning initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnership channels, and growth strategies.
- Support process improvements, reporting initiatives, and operational efficiencies across partner-facing functions.




- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic partner meetings.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in business development, affiliate marketing, client relations, lead generation, fintech, financial services, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation economics, and partner management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-value business relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Oversee major partner escalations, negotiations, renewals, and strategic business reviews.
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, compliance, finance, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Fluent English

Reporting Structure

- Reports directly to executive leadership.
- Works closely with affiliate management, client relations, operations, finance, compliance, and marketing teams.
- May provide guidance and support to account managers and partner-facing team members.
