About HammerHead®
HammerHead® is a family-owned brand making solid metal plumbing fixtures, built the way they used to be made. Our core line is premium shower heads and shower systems, with a filtered shower head line and subscription model growing quickly, and a full faucet suite launching across late 2026 into 2027.
We're growing significantly year over year. The brands we measure ourselves against are Moen and Kohler: the quality of Moen, the family-owned legacy of Kohler.
Paid media is a growing part of how we acquire customers, and this seat keeps our Meta accounts clean, organized, and performing.
About the Role
We’re looking for a part-time Meta Ads Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our Meta advertising accounts. This is not a creative strategy role — our creative team drives direction. Your job is to be the skilled operator who keeps campaigns structured, healthy, and performing: catching issues before they cost money, executing updates precisely, and communicating clearly about what’s happening in the accounts at all times.
If you’re someone who genuinely loves being in Meta Ads Manager every day and can spot a budget waste or underperforming ad set without being told to look, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor active campaigns daily across Meta Ads Manager — budget pacing, delivery, frequency, and ROAS
- Flag and resolve issues before they become expensive: underperforming ad sets, creative fatigue, audience overlap, and tracking errors
- Implement campaign changes, new ad sets, and creative rotations as directed by the creative strategy team
- Maintain clean account architecture — logical campaign structure, consistent naming conventions, and pruned dead weight
- Deliver weekly performance reports that are accurate, clear, and immediately actionable
- Execute A/B tests on audiences, placements, and creative variables as requested
- Stay current on Meta platform changes and new ad formats — flag relevant opportunities to the team proactively
- Communicate via Clickup — surface problems with solutions attached, not just flags
What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns are organized, funded correctly, and technically error-free at all times
- Performance reports land consistently and require no clarification to act on
- Issues are caught and resolved before they hit the bottom line
- The creative team trusts the account is fully buttoned up so they can focus on strategy
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience managing campaigns for a consumer or DTC brand
- Analytical and data-fluent — you read campaign performance and know what it’s telling you without being prompted
- Highly organized — you manage multiple campaigns across different objectives without things slipping
- Heavy adopter of AI tools, with the ability to leverage them to optimize campaign performance and streamline reporting.
- Comfortable executing on creative direction without owning the strategy
- Self-directed and proactive — you surface problems with recommended solutions, not just flags
- Available for 2 weekly meetings during US Eastern business hours
- Strong written and spoken English
- Based in South or Central America
Compensation & Structure
- Rate: $15-$25/hour USD (negotiable based on experience)
- Hours: ~20 hours/week, part-time
- Engagement: Independent Contractor
- Availability: Fixed daily schedule, 9am-1pm Eastern M-F
- Remote — South or Central America based
