We specialize in floor wax, treatment, and deep cleaning services. We are growing and looking for a driven, professional sales specialist to help us expand our client base.

About the Role

This is a part-time remote position focused on outbound outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting. You will be the first voice prospects hear, so confidence, professionalism, and persistence are non-negotiable. You will work directly with the owner and have real impact on company growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for commercial cleaning and floor care services

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and direct messages

• Set appointments and follow up consistently with prospects

• Keep CRM records updated, organized, and accurate

• Track leads, pipeline activity, and sales progress

• Identify new business opportunities and potential client segments
