Project Overview
Minería y Metales – The increase in critical mineral production provides key components for clean energy technologies.

Position Summary
This role leads a team and supervises supervisors and/or skilled trade professionals on a project.
The leader directs trade activities and schedules, coordinates subcontracted work, and develops the team.
Supervision ensures that tradespeople have the necessary tools and comply with project policies, procedures, and specifications, schedules, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct trade activities and subordinate supervisors.
Schedule work and review work performed by each trade.
Determine workforce requirements.
Coordinate area operational plans.
Supervise the use of tools and equipment on site.
Manage field material requests for tools and consumables.
Ensure the most current design document is used and all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
Guarantee that construction operations and subcontractor performance meet specifications and stay within schedule and budget.
Work with construction field engineers, foremen, trade professionals, subcontractors, and technical documents.
Manage engineering solutions with subcontractors and trade professionals.
Requirements: Education and Experience




Bachelor's degree (or equivalent international) and 10 to 13 years of relevant experience, Civil and Structural specialties are not considered.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Experience in coordination and management.
Experience working in Escondida or in mining, under functional shift.
Experience in demolition available.
Knowledge of quality and environmental requirements.
Mining, Civil, or Structural expertise.
***** years in mining construction or similar industries.
Advanced English proficiency.
Ability to work with external companies, full internal and external coordination, and proactivity.
