As an IT analyst, you will provide high level of technical expertise and experience in your area of knowledge planning, administering, implementing, defining, leading and managing complex projects and problem solutions that bring value to Goodyear Business. You will act as an integrator involving other expert required areas including plant manufacturing. You will manage service provider performance and deliverables, control handover of all projects (including Plant Projects) for proper operations support, securing documentation and change control process.

What You’ll Do

- Be the principal engineer in your area of knowledge, taking responsibility for the entire solution in a complex environment.
- Design solutions in your area following Integral Standards or creating regional ones when required.
- Provide higher-level support for problem solving in case of serious outage or major incidents where contracted resources lack necessary expertise.
- Ensure that support teams have the necessary expertise, assessing them and providing required documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Assess current technologies periodically and evaluate better options based on market best practices or Goodyear specifics.
- Lead other technicians through teamwork, quality deliverables, responsive support and accountability for the company's results.
- Work as one team with all other resolution groups overseas (NA, Europe, Asia, etc.) to achieve best cost and performance efficiencies.
- Support and manage local vendors and contractors that provide IT services.
- Lead and manage IT complex projects and solutions.
- Be responsible for Infra Capex; consolidate,



validate, plan, generate and control annual IT Capex.
- Administer and control IT expenses; lead internal controls such as policies, audit processes, cyber initiatives governance, portfolio management and IT inventory management.
- Ensure manufacturing applications remain aligned with IT guidelines and global standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, other IT focused discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years in your area of expertise: leading architectural design of solutions and projects, supporting complex environments including manufacturing, and experience with international teams.
- Spanish and English language proficiency; good written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills

- Good numerical and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP, Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Clear communication in English & Spanish, both written & verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Nice to Have

- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Plant manufacturing specific projects experience.
- International experience in complex projects.
- Portuguese language proficiency.
- Project management using PMI based methodology.
- ITIL certification.
- Certifications in your area of expertise.
