Job Responsibilities

- Delivers high quality internal training, either in-person or virtually, utilizing the best modality for the content and learning objectives.
- Creates training materials that are clear, current, meet specified objectives, and are appropriate for integral audiences.
- Utilizes best‑in‑class facilitation skills and technology to conduct training, incorporating knowledge of cultural differences into content delivery.
- Develops training delivery schedule and cadence to meet business needs.
- Schedules training in the enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).
- Schedules logistics for training delivery (room, facilities, catering, etc.).
- Coordinates rosters of participants.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts or guest presenters to gather input during training delivery.
- Develops, reproduces, or acquires classroom materials.
- Provides feedback to instructional designers or course owners on content and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Collects course feedback forms (level‑one evaluation).
- Submits roster to the LMS Administrator so participants can obtain credit for the course.
- Responds to class inquiries and/or forwards them to the appropriate representative.
- Performs other work‑related duties as assigned.
- Participates as a member of a high‑performance team for targeted or strategic initiatives.
- Attends training or learning opportunities to broaden knowledge.
- May require minimal travel (up to 25%).

Qualifications

- A.A./A.S. degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communication, Education,



Science/Health discipline or similar, or equivalent education and experience, plus experience in one or more of the following areas, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
- Course development (classroom‑based and online courses).
- Classroom teaching.
- Training.
- Course delivery may require experience in specific functional areas or processes.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web‑based management tools, and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in multimedia, e‑learning, distance learning tools; training design methods; adult learning principles; and computer‑based training desired.
